Clarity changes everything.
If you’re stuck in patterns you don’t want, feeling scared or worried, not feeling good about yourself, experiencing challenges in relationships or struggles with your kids, this is for you.
I work with people who are motivated to improve their lives, who want to take action and feel better. That might mean finding your footing in a relationship, moving out on your own, setting new goals, or simply feeling more like yourself again.
Life demands a lot: clarity in your thinking, steadiness in your relationships, and the ability to navigate change without losing yourself in the process. Therapy offers a place to think things through.

I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC-D) in New York State, with decades of experience working with individuals, couples, and families. I’ve worked with people navigating everything from intense personal crises to quiet but painful questions about identity, direction, and connection.
My background includes providing therapy at an inner city clinic, where I work with individuals facing homelessness, addiction, and trauma—including ex-military and others who carry heavy stories. I also work in community therapy centers, offering support for the everyday challenges that arise in healthy families.
With more than 20 years of experience in educational settings, I also work with children and their parents to create safe, structured, and emotionally supportive environments for growth.
In therapy, I create a space where you feel seen, supported, and ready to make change. Whether you’re navigating a big transition, working through complicated emotions, or trying to improve your relationships, I’m here to help you think more clearly, feel more confident, and live a more fulfilling life.
